As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, should you need to cancel or alter your appointment, Senses Spa requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the treatment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the booking. Likewise, no shows will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.
