Cian's At Hotel Westport
Hotel Westport is collaborating with local restaurateur and chef, Cian Hayes from Cian’s on Bridge Street, for the ultimate pop-up dining experience. Bringing a unique take on the award-winning menu to Hotel Westport, Cian’s pop-up will take advantage of the spacious room available in the hotel so guests can enjoy a remarkable dining experience in comfortable and socially distant surrounds.
We are working with the best local suppliers to ensure guests enjoy the very best of the west with the menu evolving on a weekly basis to incorporate the freshest and most seasonal goods available. Diners can expect to enjoy bespoke dishes that are bursting with flavour with produce from suppliers such as Cuinneog’s dairy, Joe Kelly’s organic vegetables, Calvey’s will be supplying the best of Achill lamb, while Killary Fjord will supply saltwater shellfish, all served on the finest crockery from Absolutely Pottery.

Dinner will be served from 6pm to 9pm.
Our Pop-Up fine dining restaurant, 'Cian’s at Hotel Westport' is open every Friday and Saturday night from 6pm to 9pm thru to early December 2020.
